NW3Our client, a boutique residential developer with an in-house architecture and design team, is actively seeking a strategic addition to their team. Specialising in design-centric, high-end multi-unit residential apartments in prime London locations, their projects range from 9-unit schemes to larger 80-unit complexes. With meticulous planning and execution, they prioritise superior finishes and products, resulting in refined aesthetics.They handle projects from initial concept to delivery on site.
Currently, they're undertaking a new build project in West Central London, comprising 30 high-end apartments with ground floor retail/commercial spaces, which once completed envisage will be priced between £2 million and £8 million.The ideal candidate is a creative architect experienced in navigating complex London planning processes onwards in the RIBA stages. While there's team support, they seek a hands-on individual willing to be proactive rather than solely delegating.
