- Perform monthly financial review (actual results vs plan and prior year). Take a proactive role in understanding key financial components in the P&L and be able to explain key drivers for material changes in the financial results.
- Prepare and submit Financial Updates (LE) either monthly or quarterly, being the Canada key contact across International and Corp FP&A in terms of strategy clarification, financial variations and assumptions
- Co-lead Supply Chain finance team in collaboration with US finance team to assess costing actuals, forecast, making investment decision and manage risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present monthly financial review and analysis to the Marketing teams and the
for improvement.
- Take ownership of identified incremental risks and opportunities (versus the forecast/plan) and
- Provide Marketing team proactive and value-added financial analysis followed up with sound
improvement.
- Key role in the product commercialization process. Develop accurate P&Ls, make

- Undergraduate business degree, MBA, CMA, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive professional experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Finance, Sales, Marketing, and/or Management Consulting.
