- Formulate and execute strategic partnership plans for identifying, developing and enhancing our strategic relations with new / current partners
- Identify commercial opportunities and market trends by performing market analysis
- Identify and develop potential areas of business in MICE markets
- Meet sales goals and target set by the Sports Centre
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events partnering with third parties
- Responsible for the admission of the Centre
- Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer loyalty and relationship management
- Analyse customer interactions data to identify requirements and information on optimizing customer experience
- Monitor the activities of Partnership & Loyalty Team to ensure compliance with set standards of courtesy and professionalism
- Prepare reports for management reviews
- Be a sports ambassador for the Sports Centre
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 8 years of solid experience in sales & marketing, customer service and event management
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable of a wide variety of sports
- Passionate about service improvement
- Energetic, outgoing and active
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Familiar with traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to perform multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Required to work on shift including holidays
