Situated in Sai Sha, the forthcoming outdoor multi-sports facility will be the largest privately-owned outdoor sports centre in Hong Kong upon completion. The state-of-the-art sports venue will offer a wide range of outdoor sports amenities and training facilities. The Centre aims to become a hub for sports in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us realize this vision. (Website: https://www.saisha.com.hk)Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute strategic partnership plans for identifying, developing and enhancing our strategic relations with new / current partners
  • Identify commercial opportunities and market trends by performing market analysis
  • Identify and develop potential areas of business in MICE markets
  • Meet sales goals and target set by the Sports Centre
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events partnering with third parties
  • Responsible for the admission of the Centre
  • Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer loyalty and relationship management
  • Analyse customer interactions data to identify requirements and information on optimizing customer experience
  • Monitor the activities of Partnership & Loyalty Team to ensure compliance with set standards of courtesy and professionalism
  • Prepare reports for management reviews
  • Be a sports ambassador for the Sports Centre
  • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 8 years of solid experience in sales & marketing, customer service and event management
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable of a wide variety of sports
  • Passionate about service improvement
  • Energetic, outgoing and active
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Familiar with traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to perform multitask
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required to work on shift including holidays
