- Creating and preparing marketing and BG documents predominantly using InDesign (capability statements, proposals, bids, reports, placemats, PPT presentations, etc.)
- Creating and maintaining a suit of templates adhering to brand guidelines, but with scope for design interpretation
- Maintaining the graphics library
- Designing icons/graphics for reports and presentations
- Maintaining/advancing our image library, ensuring copyright compliance
- Creating / updating case studies
- Creating / updating CVs
- Keeping collateral library up to date
- Maintaining 'our business' documents
- General day to day marketing and BG graphics support.
- Design & creation of marketing collateral and documentation
- Internal and external events support
- Awards preparation & submissions
- Branded merchandise
- HTML emails (via HubSpot) for invitations, report launches etc.
- Keeping log of events / milestones throughout the year
- Support in updating the UK BG calendar
- Support in updating the company website
- Support with creating and delivering social media campaigns
- Support with collating and sending internal weekly news summary
- Article, adverts and media design
- Collecting client references and feedback.
- Word processing - invoices, letters, minutes etc.
- Photocopying, filling and scanning
- Branding non-brand compliant documents
- Document binding
- Business cards.
- Adobe InDesign (Intermediate - Expert)
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Intermediate - Expert)
- Microsoft Office incl. Word, PowerPoint & Excel (Intermediate - Expert)
- Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate - Expert)
- Great attention to detail and proofing skills.
