As the prominent key player in the engineering industry, our client is inviting a highly qualified individual to lead their new development in Hong Kong.We are now seeking for AssistantGeneral Manager - Building Material.RESPONSIBILITIESAccount for full spectrum of business development and project management duties for the divisionIdentify the potential opportunities and offer sound strategy to achieve the assigned targetsPlay a pivotal role in the overall development and strategy of the businessLead the team of both sales and engineering professional to manage project pipeline from sales to installation with the support from designers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholdersActs as core member of top management team to design the strategic initiatives and upcoming business development planReview and monitor the vendors' performances to promote the quality excellence initiativesProvide commercial directions and initiatives to respective teams on delivery of project operations and service excellenceEstablish sustainable business partnership with existing clientele while proactively developing innovation solutionsQUALIFICATIONSTertiary educated in Engineering, Construction or related disciplinesAt least 18 years of business development and project management experiences with proven track record in building material and construction industryCreativity and the ability to apply a new perspective to challenges and opportunitiesExcellent communications and organizational abilitiesA natural leader with strong problem-solving capabilitiesResults driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumenAPPLY FOR THIS JOB
