- Provide analytical support for Asia AA with direct reporting line to Head of Finance, SMP and to work closely with Head of Finance, Asia AA.
- Review, analyze and support LRPs, Plans, Updates and LBEs.
- Partner closely with Asia affiliates' country heads and finance heads to develop LRPs for their respective countries. Consolidate, review, and analyze schedules for Plans, Updates and LBEs, providing succinct and relevant commentary when required.
- Create backup schedules to support/detail designated consolidation schedules/topics for Senior Management Review.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly performance of designated affiliates, and interface with designated regions on financial issues.
- Provide financial support on the development and execution of strategies including Capital Projects financial analysis, deals and in-licensing opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with affiliates' country heads and finance heads.
- Lead full DX affiliates' operations including Supply Chain and Demand process by closely communicating VLOG, APIL, Area S&OP, regulatory, COEs, Pharma DX counterpart and business head for DX markets.
- Manage 3rd Party Distributor KPI via monitoring and tracking, regular meeting, and alignment among commercial & operations.
- Improved DX supply chain dashboards, continue to streamline commercial/ SC reporting, and meet IMK commitments
- Subject Matter expert for all financial systems and will train the finance teams on system-related subjects.
- To be directly involved in regional strategic initiatives e.g. In-licensing projects, acquisitions, new product launches.
- Lead or work on special projects as directed by Head of Finance, Asia AA.
- Bachelor's degree (major in Accounting or Finance) with a recognized professional accounting qualification highly preferred
- At least 8-10 years total work experience in finance/FP&A including 2-3 years' experience.
- Advanced Excel spreadsheets skills, highly proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office.
- Must have multi-national organization experience and have worked in a matrix environment.
- Must have a high level of maturity and ability to engage across all levels within the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively influence people, ability to manage multiple demands/priorities and be a self-starter, proactive and team player.
