Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide strategic advice, coaching, and guidance to leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to enable people to deliver business objectives, providing operational and strategic advice, coaching, and consultancy.
Maintain awareness of relevant employment law, resolve escalated employee queries and grievances, and provide support in complex ER matters.
Partner with leaders to develop and implement workforce and talent plans, ensuring consistency in people policies, frameworks, and processes.
Act as a change agent, supporting and advocating for change initiatives within the organization and leading change projects.
Support the development of a high-performance culture, provide analysis of people metrics, and guide leaders in implementing engagement action plans.
Coach leaders in interpersonal and people leadership capabilities, identify capability gaps, and support capability building initiatives.

Qualifications and ExperienceEssential:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
6+ years of experience in similar HR Business Partner role.
Sound knowledge of ER & HR legislation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable:

Retail experience.
Knowledge of DC functions and processes.

Working Relationships:Internal: Retail leaders, Support Centre Leaders, Logistics Leaders, Senior Leadership Team, Payroll, Safety, Loss Prevention, Distribution Centre.Competencies:
