The Head of Product Management is a member of the Executive Team working collaboratively with other functional leaders to set the strategy for Lingraphica, and work with our teams to execute and meet goals aligned with the strategy. This role is responsible for leading the product management, product design, product training, product support, and research teams, driving the strategic direction of our consumer AAC device and applications. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our users. Plays a key role in partnering with the product development team in implementing and optimizing CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous delivery) processes to ensure efficient and seamless product development and deployment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the Product team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles, meet goals and develop professionallyDevelop and execute on the product strategies that align with company strategyCollaborate with engineering, sales and marketing in Clinical and Consumer business units, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritiesDrive empowered product teams from the process of ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet users’ needs and improve the quality of their livesIn partnership with Vice President, Technology, implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to streamline product development and deploymentMonitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to iterate on product features and improve user experienceStay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiationServe as a champion for the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product lifecycleMay be required to perform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & Experience:
- Masters degree in Product Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
In this role, individual has the option to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. or work from the Princeton, NJ office. If working from home, expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access. Must be able to operate a computer with or without a reasonable accommodation.Travel:
Travel within the U.S. is required approximately 4 – 6 times per year for in-person Product team and Executive team meetings, conferences, user-testing, and the annual all-company meeting.Accommodations:
