it business analyst - web/mobile apps (30k - 40k)

• Conduct business analysis to define and translate business requests from both internal and external business stakeholders into requirements, and recommend best practices, proposals, or solutions to meet the business needs
• Work closely with the IT Manager to deliver existing and upcoming IT projects, including progress tracking and timeline management
• Collaborate with the software development team to track and maintain processes and deliverables, ensuring positive outcomes
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding and successful implementation of requirements
• Plan, manage, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for project delivery and implementation

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant working experience in business analysis and project management in the technology/digital field; prior background working at an IT consulting firm/service provider/vendor is a must
• Proven track record of successfully collaborating with software development teams to deliver web or mobile application projects, with a good understanding of the SDLC
• Solid experience in gathering user requirements, including elicitation, analysis, validation, and formalization of requirements to create specification documentation
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a business mindset, capable of managing relationships with stakeholders and effectively translating technical ideas
• Proficiency in both spoken Chinese and English
