As Operations Director, you manage our support, monitoring, QA, and customer success functions leading operational efficiency and scalability to ensure exceptional customer experience. Your role is pivotal in shaping our SaaS journey and driving our company's growth.Furthermore, you establish processes to uphold the highest standards of product and service delivery, conducting regular audits and assessments to drive continuous improvement. You also deliver on the service level agreements, acting as an escalation point. You oversee the resolution of inquiries and issues with promptness and effectiveness and monitor the system integrity and reliability.Through close collaboration with technical teams, you ensure the seamless functioning of our infrastructure, mitigating disruptions and upholding uptime standards as well as resolving any customer queries. You excel in spearheading significant transformations and your forte lies in steering projects with authority, all the while nurturing trust among diverse stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration.In addition, you:
- Are a resident of The Netherlands and have a permanent work permit (we do not sponsor visas nor relocations).
- Have 10+ years of experience in operations management or a related field and in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. SaaS international scale-up environment is a plus.
- Have experience with SLA management and customer success management for enterprise customers in the energy and maritime sectors.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and build strong relationships.
- Have strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in operations management, project management, or related fields is a plus.
