- Be the single point of contact for customers throughout the life cycle of multiple projects.
- Enter all orders ensuring accuracy.
- Manage approval drawings process & product releases.
- Continually maintain and update project status reports and effectively communicate order status to relevant parties.
- Diligently manage change order process.
- Complete post shipment tasks, such as billings, warranty claims and disputes resolution.
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent knowledge and experience on MS office applications and Adobe Acrobat, experience with ERP systems is an asset.
- CAPM or PMP certification would be an asset.
- Project coordinating experience of 5 years (minimum) in electrical industry
