- Develop and implement European/Global Business plan for MWS Growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Implement initiatives, collaborate with MWS and NWT/NSI teams globally, and ensure follow-up.
- Provide guidance and coordination to project teams, ensuring consistency with the global Business Plan.
- Lead change management efforts for growth and global organizational changes, driving initiatives for organizational effectiveness, innovation, and cost reduction.
- Identify improvement areas and implement systems to boost MWS effectiveness, promoting workplace safety.
- Assist CEO in setting ambitious growth goals, providing crucial insights for decision-making.
- Oversee team activities, manage workloads to meet goals and deadlines, and provide guidance to employees.
- Collaborate with senior management on resource planning, budgeting, and policy development, enhancing communication and diplomacy skills.
- Define KPIs to measure strategic initiative success, regularly assessing project performance.
- Ensure timely delivery of outcomes and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor metrics to measure growth plan effectiveness, generate comprehensive reports for informed decision-making and continuous improvements.
- Report team objectives on Asset management, QHSE, growth, marketing, IT & digitalization, and integrations, preparing budgets, schedules, and organizational reports.
- Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably with business change and strategy implementation.
- Strong understanding of relevant processes, procedures, and systems.
- Proficiency in applying job-related concepts and principles through training and on-the-job experience.
- Equivalent knowledge and skills to a specialized level within a skilled trade.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other European language is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
