As part of this commitment, we are continuously developing our on-site teams to support the advancement of customer operations.Responsibilities:Set up and operate Packaging line equipmentAdhere to written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)Follow all safety-related procedures and practicesDeliver on agreed KPIs and metricsLead and motivate the packaging team to achieve set targets and objectives. Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.Other duties as requestedRequirements:GMP experience or a relevant Level 6 qualification.Demonstrate familiarity with written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Master Batch Records.Excellent written and spoken communication skills with established interpersonal skills.Demonstrates ability to follow direction and work with only moderate supervision.Proven attention to detail.A can-do attitude towards customer delivery and performance.Why Join Catalyx?At Catalyx we understand that our people are our greatest asset.
