2. Thorough knowledge of Traffic Analysis, Traffic Management, Traffic Modelling and Data Analysis.1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in an appropriate field such as Civil Engineering or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
3. Driver’s LicenceDesirable Requirements :1. Evidence of suitable professional qualification, CEng or equivalent is preferable
2. Master’s degree in a relevant field
3. Arabic language skills
