  • As a customer service employee, you are responsible for a good relationship between you and the customer.

Profile
  • Very good oral and written knowledge of the Dutch language.
  • You learn quickly, you are good at multitasking and you can react promptly and adequately.
  • Proven skills in interpersonal communication.
  • Service-oriented trait; kindness should be second nature to you.
  • Has a pleasant telephone voice.
  • Loves competition, and preferably likes to win.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • The candidate must have at least one year of continuous experience in one of the TelCo projects (Orange/TelNet/Proximus…) in a customer service role.
