- Lead the Data-Driven User Acquisition Strategy: Take the helm in driving the data-driven user acquisition strategy, aligning it with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
- Formulate and Execute Advanced Strategies: Develop and execute sophisticated approaches for App Event Optimization campaigns, Lookalike campaigns, and Retargeting campaigns, employing advanced methodologies to maximize results.
- Manage SKAN 4.0 Mapping and Google Data Privacy Sandbox: Oversee the implementation and management of SKAN 4.0 mapping and Google Data Privacy Sandbox solutions, ensuring compliance and effectiveness in the evolving landscape of mobile advertising privacy.
- Collaborate with User Acquisition Managers: Collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers to identify, initiate, and scale new opportunities, including the integration of new networks, campaign types, and application launches.
- Leverage Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling: Harness the power of advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling to continually optimize campaigns performance and user acquisition efforts.
- Challenge Attribution Models and Optimize Budgets: Rigorously assess attribution models and employ econometric analysis to optimize substantial budgets allocated across a diverse spectrum of marketing channels.
- Utilize Third-Party Data Sources: Tap into a variety of third-party data sources, including MMPs, Channels insights, Stores datas, and internal tracking systems, to identify opportunities and refine the user acquisition strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team: Partner closely with the BI Team to develop and implement decision support systems, providing User Acquisition Managers with actionable insights and data-driven guidance to enhance their performance.
- Lead Campaign Optimization Automation: Spearhead the automation of campaign optimization processes to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Mentor Team Members: Coach and guide team members, fostering their professional growth within the organization.
- You have 5+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing in the mobile industry, and know user acquisition platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, Mintegral, Ironsource, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.),
- You are a creative person and thus practice out-of-the-box thinking. You have unbridled curiosity, passion, and strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work concurrently on and effectively prioritize a variety of projects and can work under tight deadlines,
- You also hold solid experience in data-driven decision-making & A/B testing,
- Finally, you are fluent in English, knowledge in French is a plus.
