- A team of colleagues across Wind River, supporting you to achieve your vision and revenue goals. This will include pre-sales technical experts, professional services, MST, management, post-sales technical support and dedicated sales administration.
- You will engage with internal sales experts to review business opportunity qualification.
- Global and cross vertical sales teams within Wind River, collaborating on best practices, sales enablement and tools to effectively execute company goals and revenue targets
- Marketing teams, to create strategic campaigns, providing feedback on previous campaigns and asset effectiveness
- Field Account Teams and Inside Account Executives to build and execute outbound prospecting strategies that are tailored to the account/vertical/territory needs
- Meet with and listen to the needs of current and prospective customers to understand their current and future business and technical requirements
- Sell to mid-level and senior engineering decision makers
- Orchestrate technical product demonstrations and manage discovery calls/meetings
- Build and manage an accurate forecast to achieve quarterly and annual goals
- Review complex sales contracts and legal documents with customers
- Understand the strengths and weaknesses of competing products
- Maintain customer and contact data in CRM system
- Nordic Region (primarily) will be the territory to cover.
- 4+ years technical sales experience in quota bearing, closing capacity
- Embedded software sales and cloud infrastructure experience a plus
- Demonstrated success using a consultative, solutions/value oriented sales approach and team selling environment
- Track record of success achieving or exceeding assigned sales goals
- Professional work ethic and integrity
- Strong hunting and prospecting skills
- You may have experience working in a high-performance team and thrive in a fast-paced stimulating environment
- Evidence of success selling solutions to new and existing customers
- Excellent listening, presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience using Salesforce.com a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language. Swedish or other Nordic languages is a plus.
- BS/BA Degree, MBA a plus
