ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Ensures all transactions are properly recorded and entered the computerised accounting system.
• Perform data analysis for audit and tax submission in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintains company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
• Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, track them to the source and correct them.
• Maintains the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all transactions.
• Monitors and maintains fixed asset register.
• Involve in month end and year end account closing activities (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and General Ledgers).
• Dealing with any system or application development, integration and migration related to Finance (i.e. Oracle Cloud, C2I, e-Invoicing, etc.)
• Perform any ad-hoc analysis relating to financial data or any ad hoc assignments as and when required.
• Ensure all financial regulations are strictly adhered to.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as accounting, finance, accounting, business studies, economics, or other related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar field.
• Incumbent need to have experience with accounting software, statistical analysis tools and other industry-specific prediction applications.
