- Is responsible for the Group HRMS regarding configurations, maintenance and reports in cooperation with country HR teams and external advisors
- Conducts external market benchmarks and participates in annual salary surveys
- Actively participates in the job evaluation exercises and its connection with Sarantis Group grading structure
- Performs market analysis and collaborates with country HR teams to improve local compensation and benefits processes
- Coordinates and conducts analysis, interpret results and work towards improvements within Performance Management Process to support the development and maintenance of effective Total Reward programs
- Prepare reports and participate in ad hoc projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or any other equivalent
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or any other equivalent will be considered as an asset
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to travel
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to deal with complex data and analytics
