You’ll play an important role in developing and implementing innovative reward strategies that drive employee engagement and performance. Is responsible for the Group HRMS regarding configurations, maintenance and reports in cooperation with country HR teams and external advisors
Conducts external market benchmarks and participates in annual salary surveys
Actively participates in the job evaluation exercises and its connection with Sarantis Group grading structure
Performs market analysis and collaborates with country HR teams to improve local compensation and benefits processes
Coordinates and conducts analysis, interpret results and work towards improvements within Performance Management Process to support the development and maintenance of effective Total Reward programs
Prepare reports and participate in ad hoc projects

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or any other equivalent
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or any other equivalent will be considered as an asset
At least 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in the FMCG sector
Excellent command of English language
Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, with emphasis on Excel
Ability to travel
