Atrium Recruitment are recruiting for a HR Administrator for one of our client's based in Cambourne. They are an esteemed company operating in the healthcare sector, who are seeking a motivated individual, looking for their next step in their career.Duties will include:
  • Overseeing the recruitment process including compliance of candidates such as documentations and references, conducting interviews and managing applications.
  • Document control - producing relevant HR Documents and letters, sorting post, ensuring paperwork is cascaded to relevant teams
  • Assisting senior management teams in organising and developing projects
  • Management of systems and producing reports and audits
To be considered for the role, you will require:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a HR Administrator or similar (Healthcare experience strongly desirable)
  • Full/Clean UK driving licence
  • Proficieny in Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of CQC guidelines
