- Overseeing the recruitment process including compliance of candidates such as documentations and references, conducting interviews and managing applications.
- Document control - producing relevant HR Documents and letters, sorting post, ensuring paperwork is cascaded to relevant teams
- Assisting senior management teams in organising and developing projects
- Management of systems and producing reports and audits
- Minimum 2 years experience as a HR Administrator or similar (Healthcare experience strongly desirable)
- Full/Clean UK driving licence
- Proficieny in Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of CQC guidelines
