Working location : Cheonan or Guangzhou
Ensure solid, timely and qualitative Financial and ESG reporting on actuals and forecasting for the respective entities.Monitor the financial performance of these entities and initiate corrective action when required. Review and initiate actions towards completeness and correctness of the financial statements including intercompany transactions and eliminations for all UBM entities.Own and manage the financial and ESG performance consolidation process of the respective entities and support the global consolidation manager with correct information for the global consolidation process.Identify and analyse the financial result and sensitivities and provide input to BU and Group mgt to support decision making.Maintain a thorough understanding of IFRS, Group reporting and other disclosure requirements. Interact with Group Controlling & Consolidation on these mattersSupport the BU and Group Finance for specific BU wide financial topics in the annual audit with external auditorsContributes to the yearly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) of the BU by coordinating the financial consolidation of the IBP and participate in scenario/business case & financial improvement simulations, providing the impact on the financials.Who we are looking forMaster in Finance8-10 years progressive accounting experience in global consolidation and financial reporting and advanced budgeting and controlling expertiseSolid Knowledge of IFRS and primary financial statements and controlling modellingExperience with consolidation systemsExposure to an environment with global reachSAP financial modules experience is preferredExpertise skills in Microsoft tools, especially ExcelAble to work independently, taking initiative to improve business and processes.Good peoples manager and communicator.Able to prioritize among multiple tasks, working with deadlines.Strong analytical skills.Well-structured.Attention to detail.Flexibility & sense of initiative.Solution and result oriented mindset.Hands-on and system mentalityFast learnerFluent in EnglishWhat we offerWe aim to lead the way.
