- Supervise and line manage the Record’s Management team across all of our locations.
- Undertake Records tasks and activities as a member of the Records team.
- Support management in Records related projects.
- Travel to other offices where necessary.
- Support management with monthly team activity and financial reporting.
- Monitoring team performance and organising team daily duties and workloads.
- First point of contact for team related queries.
- First point of escalation for FE teams.
- Experience of office administration (preferably in a professional services or regulated environment)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstratable experience in managing a small team
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent IT skills, specifically in MS Excel and having a knowledge of a range of software packages.
- Proactively seeks solutions to problems that may arise, and the ability to deal with issues independently and effectively
- Flexibility in approach
- Ability to communicate effectively, influence and develop relationships across the business
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve productivity targets set
- Understanding of confidentiality and security of files and business information
