The Opportunity:IntePros Federal is seeking an energetic, team-oriented Senior Test Engineer in support of our federal government customer, the Department of Justice (DOJ), INTERPOL, United States National Central Bureau (USNCB), to assist with modernizing the enterprise case management and data exchange systems. Our SMEs provide support to develop a new configurable CMS based on low/no code technologies. Our cloud solution focuses on agile development to adhere to USNCB's changing business requirements.Clearance:

Locations:
  • Washington, DC
  • Hybrid/Telework schedule for candidates who reside within the National Capital Region (NCR).
  • Remote only for candidates who reside outside the NCR but are REQUIRED to work EST core business hours of operations.
Responsibilities:The Senior Test Engineer will provide software QA, quality control (QC), and testing support for a Salesforce implementation project. He/she will be embedded in the Software Testing Team under a Q/A Manager and to lead the project team's testing efforts in the absence of the Q/A Manager.Additional responsibilities include:
  • Perform formal, informal (ad-hoc) and automated testing.
  • Develop and execute well-defined test scripts in support of robust software applications testing.
  • Analyze and clearly document software and user issues using the customer-approved defect tracking tool.
  • Monitor, track, and report on requirements testing status.
  • Facilitate the software testing lifecycle, including pre-release QA approvals and signoffs.
  • Review and implement process improvements to the software quality control process.
  • Support the ongoing applications maintenance process through rapid test script development and systems testing.
  • Attend all project meetings including Daily Sync/Scrum meetings.
  • Assist with development of integrated end user help documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Requires a minimum of 3+ months experience with Salesforce implementation and testing.
  • 2-5 years of experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • Minimum of 5 years IT software quality experience including test script development and test scenarios.
  • Superior knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies, IT Structured Analysis Methodologies, and Project Management Techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess relevant facts, identify alternative approaches, and supply recommended solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other Low Code/No Code platforms.
  • Ability to establish priorities and demonstrate discipline and independent judgment.
  • Ability to collaborate with a development team.
  • Ability to bridge multiple areas of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
  • Preferred: At least one of the below certifications:
  • Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
  • Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL-TM)
  • International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB)
  • Copado Fundamentals
  • Any Salesforce Certification
