This role is designed for a data obsessive who loves to delve into and understand the vast world of digital analytics. Your work will be as instrumental as it is varied, reaching across various platforms, including YouTube, Social Channels, and key platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and more. Your expertise will be the compass that informs and guides our in-house growth methodologies in an environment of ever-changing algorithms. Ensuring our work not only reaches but resonates with global audiencesKey Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis across various platforms, including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social media channels to drive strategic decisions.
  • Decode platform algorithms to optimise content visibility and engagement across all channels particularly YouTube and Social
  • Implement and manage analytics tools to track performance metrics, understanding the nuances of each platform’s data reporting.
  • Design and maintain sophisticated data visualisation dashboards for real-time performance tracking and insights.
  • Analyse social media trends to guide digital marketing strategies, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to tailor content based on data-driven strategies that align with audience preferences and platform-specific best practices.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights on optimisation for audience growth and engagement.
RequirementsMust Haves:
  • Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on digital platforms such as YouTube, social media, and podcast distribution channels.
  • Expertise with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience in analysing algorithms and SEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data insights to stakeholders.
Nice To Haves:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
  • Prior experience in media analytics, particularly within a podcasting or digital content creation environment.
  • Knowledge of content recommendation algorithms and digital content distribution.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Enthusiasm for digital trends and an innate curiosity for how algorithms evolve and influence content consumption.
  • A collaborative spirit that thrives in cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between data, content, and marketing initiative
