- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching social sciences at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in sociology, criminology, and psychology, including relevant theories, research methods, and contemporary issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire students of varying abilities.
