Job Description:Requirements of Position:1- Perform quality assurance activities to manage all quality aspects among development projects being developed internally or externally.2- Performing regular site inspections for different projects being developed.3- Prepare regular quality report and presentation to reflect the quality of work being executed on sites.4- Engaging and managing third party entities and consultants in relation to the quality controlling and assurance.5- Preparing and managing the policies and procedures to ensure quality is managed properly by the developers and contractors.6- Participation in projects steering committees representing the quality problems and risks.7- Prepare quality reports for work in progress, the report to include several Engineering disciplines (structural, MEP and finishing).8- Assist the development department in technical discussions and maters throughout the full development cycle.9- Managing the material approval process when needed to ensure meeting specs, this will include materials procured by the developers or by the platform depending on the project case.10- Identifying engineering technical problems and solutions within the design and execution phases.11- Performing technical studies and research to assist in the decision-making process, this could include preparing alternatives and solutions with pros and cons.12- Support the development department works when required.Required Experience:

Min 7 years of experience.
Min 5 years of experience in technical engineering either in construction site or within maintenance teams within large scale projects.
Engineering education, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics.
Preferably experience within operators or clients, not contractors.
