Company Driver - International Financial Institution

• Provide driving services for the Chief Representative of the BIS Representative Office for Asia and the Pacific.
• Transport authorized personnel, including corporate members and VIP guests, to and from designated locations.
• Coordinate with the personal assistant of the Senior Executives and the Resource Management team for scheduling driving services and ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Maintain the company car, ensuring it is well-maintained, safe, and in good working condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for repairs as needed; refuel the company car when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Report any damages or accidents involving the company car to the Head of department/ Administration Manager
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, running errands, and making deliveries.
• Perform other ad-hoc office duties as assigned.
• Ensure efficient and reliable transportation services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
• Possess a valid Hong Kong driving license (Class 1 and 2).
• Demonstrated track record of at least 10 years as a professional company driver with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with routes, roads, and traffic conditions in HKSAR.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strict adherence to traffic regulations and commitment to maintaining a high level of passenger and vehicle safety.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with knowledge of Mandarin as an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Punctual, reliable, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Preference for individuals holding a mainland China driving license (Class 1), but not mandatory.
