You will play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement and development of this site, building a best-in-class HR service to the business, supporting those on site through a period of organisational change and transformation.The role..The role will allow the opportunity to be both strategic in supporting the site change and transformation but is also operational in that you will manage end to end employee lifecycle activities including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR compliance, payroll/reward, L&D and employee engagement.
