- Carrying out full-scale payroll tasks - focused on Croatian, Slovenian and Romanian payrolls.
- Partner with the external payroll provider, ensuring monthly payroll admin/data is provided accurately and on time.
- Liaise with payroll vendor to ensure income tax is properly calculated.
- Ensure payroll report from payroll vendor is correct and execute salary pay out via bank transfer
- Knowledge of different employment methods
- Administration related to the establishment and termination of employment.
- Keeping payroll related labor records
- Processing working time data for monthly payroll
- First point of contact for payroll and admin matters, escalating to HRBP where necessary
- Issuance of employer and other payroll related certificates
- Keep systems, i.e. SAP & payroll, updated with associate information & changes
- Generate a variety of reports as requested by NIQ, finance and other business leaders and interpret as necessary
- Labor statistics
- Assist in administration of benefit programs
- Assist in the daily running of the department providing information and dealing with enquiries
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR, related to Payroll activities.
- Experience working in HR Shared Services Hub
- University degree in HR, Economics or related.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Second Eastern European language will be considered as advantage.
