  • Excellent numerical skills and use of MS Excel would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • A willingness to learn and develop within the company
Duties:
  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally and externally.
  • Provide additional administrative support where required.
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of equipment, communicating with all parties involved.
