Answering and directing all telephone calls, whilst handling guests’ requests promptly and professionally, with the aim of providing maximum guest/customer satisfaction.We are currently seeking to recruit Service Express Agents on full-time basis. This position’s main function entails answering and directing all telephone calls, whilst handling guests’ requests promptly and professionally, with the aim of providing maximum guest/customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include accurate food and beverage orders taking and recording for the provision of timely in-room dining meals, the proper distribution of daily amenities as well as liaising with other departments to handle guests’ requests. In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:  Diploma/ Certificate in hospitality/hotel operations or an Advanced Level of Education  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Fluency in English and in other European languages  Customer Service SkillsProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies

Put telephone calls through to clients
Familiarise customer with and lead them to the right person (technician, sales assistant, head of customer service...)
Take telephone calls. Pass on calls to the desired interlocutors. Take messages
Advise guests and attend to their requests during their stay
Take orders and organize their handling according to specifications (modalities, waiting times, related performance...)
