Reporting to the Senior Manager of Wireless System Integration, we are looking for an innovative individual with a passion for problem-solving to drive product design and development of our hearing aids.What you will do
  • Drive the product design and development process through research, design, simulation and development of wireless (RF/NFMI antenna) solutions across various form factors of WSA hearing aids.
  • Collaborate with teams spanning across functions, i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Electro Acoustics, Rechargeable, System Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Translate market requirements into comprehensive product design specifications, product test specifications and generate detailed product test reports (includes performance, reliability, regulatory and user experience tests).
  • Participate in design reviews, DFMEA/PFMEA assessments, and project meetings to uphold rigorous standards of cost, quality, and time-to-market.
  • Drive innovation through patent development and participation in forefront projects.
What you bring
  • University Degree/Masters in relevant engineering fields of Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Communications/RF/Microwave Engineering
  • Knowledge in EM theory of wireless communications and familiarity with Bluetooth/Bluetooth Low Energy, NFMI/NFC, and Wireless Power Transfer Technologies.
  • Proficiency in EM CAD tools such as CST/HFSS/ANSYS, coupled with experience in wireless/RF circuit design and PCB layout techniques.
  • Knowledge of antenna anechoic chambers and RF test equipment, along with an understanding of EMI/EMC design principles.
