Quality Plant Engineer

• Carry out measurement system analysis and process capability studies (evaluations, carry out measurements, test equipment acceptances)

• Support for customer audits at the ZF plant

• Workplace release of volume production equipment (as of DS 30)

• Run @ Rate - Participation

• On site support for production of samples within the equipment supplier

• Collaboration/Release (preliminary acceptance) of the system at the supplier

• Carry out technical cleanliness analysis (TecSa)

• Check available measuring capacity for control plan fulfillment and implement measures if necessary.

• Perform measurements

• Support in measurement coordination with suppliers/customers

• Industrial Engineering or related.
• Minimum 4 years within quality area.
• APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC, Troubleshooting, IATF 16949, Drawing Interpretation (GD&T)
• Manufacturing Processes knowledge
• Measuring equipment knowledge
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Advanced English
• Availability to travel (valid travel documents, Passport and US visa)
