- Discovering space for improvement of payroll processes and finding solutions by cooperating with HR, payroll and finance departments
- Communicating implemented changes to everyone concerned with sufficient notice
- Training payroll team members on the implemented processes
- Evaluating and recommending new payroll IT tools
- Implementing new IT solutions in cooperation with IT department
- Developing and maintaining payroll reports and metrics
- Academic background in finance, accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations for EMEA countries
- Experience with payroll process improvement
- Experience with payroll software and tools
- Superior communication and networking skills
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
