Specification:To work as a Building Manager / Concierge for our Business Centre with 130 unitsMon - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm based in Morden (37.5 hours per week)Must have previous Building Manager / Concierge experienceBased onsite at all times, this is not a remote roleJob role:Arranging and hosting building tours for potential new leaseholdersSupport the move in process for all new leaseholdersProvide admin & practical support for leaseholders moving outManning ReceptionMonitoring contractor works on siteIssuing Parking PermitsProviding leading customer service to clients , leaseholders and visitors at all timesResponding to leaseholder issues and resolving them in a timely mannerCollaborating with colleagues, sister companies, other stakeholders as necessaryIdentifying issues and executing basic handyperson tasksOverseeing contractors onsite, keeping disruption to leaseholders to a minimumAttention to detail, spotting issues before they become real problemsPerforming basic caretaker duties, and monitoring and maintaining building services and equipmentOrdering any required business consumablesDealing with all delivered post daily and other delivery service companiesKeeping the building internal and external communal areas tidy and free of litter and debrisKeeping accurate and detailed logs of activities, tasks and works carried out on the buildings and compiling reports as necessaryEscalate issues to the Estate Manager for resolutionEnsure Health and Safety issues are resolved urgentlySupervising of building and reporting / escalating instances of antisocial behaviourMonitor and manage refuse collectionFirst point of contact for all leaseholdersBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
