- Develop accurate daily sales forecasts and manage inventory, production schedules, and labor costs efficiently.
- Monitor overall P&L line items, initiate cost management plans, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and inventory systems.
- Evaluate store performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to meet performance targets.
- Supervise equipment maintenance, inventory management, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Implement and monitor inventory systems, ordering procedures, and stock levels to minimize spoilages and breakages.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, cashiering guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Communicate and implement promotional activities according to approved marketing plans.
- Address and document customer complaints, uphold brand service standards, and promote brand image through quality products and services.
- Supervise new store opening activities and ensure efficient opening procedures and operations.
- Follow recruitment policies and procedures, develop manpower plans, and coach, mentor, and evaluate team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify development needs, and ensure compliance with the company's code of conduct and disciplinary actions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Administration, Food Technology, Nutrition, or Business Management-related courses.
- Minimum of two to three years of related operations experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and adept in computer operations.
- Strong leadership capacity with excellent communication skills.
- Agility, flexibility, and adaptability.
