This position is responsible for building scalable operational reporting and analytics solutions for Insperity teams using Salesforce products. Responsible for working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and computations in order to develop, implement and maintain measurement systems for reporting. Serves as consultant to the business by providing analysis and recommendations that drive actionable decision-making.Responsibilities
  • Creates reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insights and aids in business decision-making.
  • Uses tools like Salesforce Lightning, CRM-A, Tableau or Excel to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions.
  • Collaborates with project stakeholders to better understand valuable objectives and KPIs and to design relevant reports and dashboards.
  • Troubleshoots data issues, validates result sets, analyzes, recommends, and implements process improvements for reporting needs.
  • Gathers information on technical requirements, issues, provides solutions, meets deadlines and provides general support to meet customer needs.
  • Leads in the design and execution of governance activities to ensure accuracy of reports.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of upgrades and/or deployment changes to Salesforce applications.
  • Supports Salesforce reporting end user in communication and change management across the organization.
  • Ensures all customer and quality requirements are satisfied in the analytics product delivery.
  • Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
  • Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
  • Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree in Business Analysis, Data Science, Statistics or MBA is preferred.
  • Three or more years of report development experience including management reporting and KPI's is required.
  • Two or more years in an Operational Lead position including responsibility for team or function goals is required.
  • Demonstrated skill in analysis, mathematics, and capable of communicating complex concepts to top management.
  • Flexibility and ability to form relationships and establish credibility; ability to establish trust.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Ability to plan and structure communication to various levels of organizations.
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate, in writing, sophisticated ideas and strategies.
  • Strong project planning and management skills, interpersonal skills, a total business orientation and an ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
