Job Responsibilties:Make recommendation to Store Manager as to the manpower requirements of the branch to ensure adequate floor coverage and customer service through the preparation of staff schedules based on sales trends and forecastOrient new employees on specific tasks, policies and procedures of the department and on standards, likewise, on expectations on employees' performanceAssist the Store Manager in making sure that warehousing activities are conducted in line with the standard proceduresImplement measures to control merchandise losses for improved profitability, increase subordinates' awareness of merchandise security requirements
