Nurse Team Lead - The Doctors Bayfair & PapamoaWe have an exciting opportunity for a talented Nurse Team Lead to lead and manage our nursing teams across The Doctors Bayfair & Papamoa. We are looking for someone who can create opportunities, bring clinical excellence, along with great ideas for productive and efficient methods of working, with a passion for primary care.If you are an experienced nurse team lead this is the role for you.Our Nurse Team Lead plays an essential role in the advancement and development of our nursing team within general practice.The Doctors Bayfair & Papamoa is a great place to work, with plenty of professional opportunities for enhanced healthcare!This is a permanent full time position working 40 hour per week over 5 days from Monday to Friday.The Nurse Lead leads the nursing team, which includes Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Assistants, to provide safe, high quality, efficient and effective nursing service to our practice population.You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the nursing team, collaboration with the centre leadership, development and implementation of new and existing models of care and the recruitment of your team. You will also undertake a clinical component that may include the training and development of staff along with your own self learning and clinical advancement.Key attributes include:

leadership and management experience
You must be NZ registered with current practicing and CPR certificates.
Strategic planning experience
Clinical experience and passion for, primary care and primary care nursing
Proven quality improvement experience
Postgraduate qualification is highly desirable
Great communication skills at all levels
Advanced computer skills
