Business Intelligence

• Extract, wrangle, organize, and analyze media buying performance data using tools such as Python, BigQuery, Excel, and Tableau, or other relevant BI tools
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team and Data Science to build and maintain ETL data pipelines
• Investigate and present results of ad hoc data analysis requests
• Develop and enhance internal reporting dashboards to address business requirements or internal issues
• Monitor testing pipelines, analyze results, make recommendations, and drive implementation of approved solutions
• Compile relevant data for specific projects and assist Data Engineering with pre-processing or basic data analysis
• Manage multiple projects and effectively communicate status updates with internal stakeholders

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics)
• Prior experience in the design and execution of analytical projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness and initiative to learn and adapt to new technology, tools, and methods
• Knowledge of marketing metrics, attribution models, and advanced experimentation
• Fluent in using SQL, especially BigQuery, and DBT
• Experience in the finance or fintech industry is a plus
