Responsibilities:Accounting functions, including managing financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting for inhouse business and service clients;Implement and enhance internal control processes and procedures;Prepare consolidated financial statements at the relevant Hong Kong group level;Ensure compliance with Hong Kong's regulatory requirements for TCSPs, including liaising with the Companies Registry and other relevant authorities;Manage the year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors;Lead and mentor a small team of accountants, providing guidance and support;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency;Stay informed on implications arising from changes in accounting standards and tax regulations;Participate in strategic financial planning and budgetingRequirements:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with Professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Hong Kong accounting principles and tax regulations.Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese preferred) and English and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, iScala).Willingness and ambition to grow with an expanding companyFluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.(Mandarin)An attractive remuneration package including 5 days work base, annual leave, medical benefits, 13th month salary with incentive bonus and excellent development opportunities will be offered to the right candidate.Interest parties please send a full resume to Email cps@cps-c.comwhatsapp :All information received will be kept in strict confidence and only for employment-related purposesMany are not listed
