- Provide daily work direction to the onsite project subcontractor and technicians on assigned projects.
- Deliver projects on-time, on-budget to a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Provide input to develop a comprehensive installation plan including sequencing of tasks, scheduling, staff planning, and collaborating effectively with the customer, subcontractors, and other Honeywell Future Shapers to execute the project according to plan
- Proactively address potential project problems. Assist the project manager to manage project risks. Develop and implement recovery plans when required. Escalate issues when required.
- Contribute to the profitability of the project by supporting project adds, minimizing deviation, and providing technical assistance to sales.
- Effectively communicate project progress to the program management team and client.
- Develop and manage project communication plan requirements including look ahead schedules, weekly report agendas and minutes in addition to client and management reporting.
- Ensure all work performed follows state, local and federal requirements.
- Ensure all Honeywell and subcontractor staff adhere to all required safety standards and protocols.

- NICET III Certification within 90 days
- Fire Alarm Programming Experience and Certifications
- 5 years of experience programming and supervising installation on commercial or industrial construction projects
- 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project
- Ability to accept assignments which require frequent travel and overnight stays
- Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
- Must pass a US Government background check.
- PMP Certification or Certified Construction Management (CCM) Certification
- NICET Certification - Level III
- Previous experience with Verifire programming tool.
- Previous Federal Government Contracting Experience
- Associate degree or technical/professional certificate
- Good presentation skills
- Previous technical/installation experience
- Good written and oral communication
