We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as AEU Controller.AEU Controller is Strategic Finance Business Partner providing data insights to enhance decision making and improvement opportunities. Responsible for regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by Management using standardized reporting systems and consolidation tools.If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

Interact with Operations Europe Management Team, Finance Directors, Country finance Business Partners, Controllers from the Plants.
Deliver monthly financial packages for Executive Management
Deliver the analysis, reconciliations, and insights in scope.
Deliver process improvement.
Consolidate and analyze financial data (actual reporting, budget, rolling forecasts) in comparison with company's financial goals.
Connect and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial performance and risks.
Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
Partner with Finance Share services & Competence center to develop various and insight analysis to support management reporting and business decision making.
Generate monthly financial packages for Executive Management; develop dashboards for automating.
Drive process improvement and development initiatives that impact the function.

and if you have/are:

Plant/ Business Controlling
Previous experience with ERP's (SAP preferred) and consolidation software (OneStream, HFM, Hyperion)
University's degree in Finance
Fluent English
Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements.
Strong business acumen, ability to understand complex data and derive needed actions.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen for effectively managing the processes in scope, covering multiple countries.
Ability to gather and document requirements from and coordinate with several Subject Matter Experts
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, co-workers, executives, managers etc
Spreadsheet and database skills (incl. Power BI)
Experience in financial statement preparation and consolidation.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results under a strict reporting schedule.
SAP, One Stream knowledge, Data Visualization tool
