- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in Preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts and policies.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives, as required.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
