Provide IT induction training to staff members as required.· Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource· Automate processes by using Sharepoint, PowerAutomate, PowerApps etc.Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationMinimum Experience: 3 years' experience in systems administrationRelevant Microsoft CertificationKnowledge and Skills Requirement:Knowledge of modern operating systems. Knowledge of computer system backup tools and procedures. Knowledge of computer input and output media.
Ability to initialize and operate computer hardware and software systems.
Ability to utilize operating system utilities.
Knowledge of system automation tools and procedures.
Ability to determine the nature of computer hardware and systems software problems, and to communicate technical guidance and information to users. Ability to learn and support new systems and applications. Work with staff requires interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of TCP/IP stacks and their functionality
