BASIC FUNCTION:● Creation of budget forecasting/monitoring, evaluation of reports & report to management, Servesas an Internal Auditor to check accuracy in terms of tax exposures & assessments of FinancialStatement of the Company.● Monitor, analyze and consult of Pricing and Profit● Support for new business plans / new application plansDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Creation of budget reports and forecast revenues.2. In-Charge of all company Japan reportorial reports including DIVA3. Reviews documentations and tax compliance for the following:a. BIRb. BOCc. Local Governmentd. Suggests and study guidelines and procedures that help business operations beneficialto organization in terms of tax regulations4. Checks completeness for Audit Compliance and DocumentationsJob Requirements:EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:● BS Accountancy Graduate● CPA/MBA is an AdvantageWORK EXPERIENCE:● Remarkable experience in all facets of accounting with experience in corporate environment within-depth knowledge in taxation/auditing & budgeting.● Formulation policy control measures with updated tax/audit rules & PFRS.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:● In-depth knowledge in all facets of Accounting/Taxation.● In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards.● Skilled in using database and accounting software including SAP or any ERP System.● Computer literate ( MS Office applications i.e. Intermediate Excel)● Strong analytical skills ( Google Analytics/Reportorial Skills)● Ability to lead, train, mentor and coach subordinates for professional growth.● Good and verbal written communication skills.● Strong leadership skills and people & project Management
