HR Business Partner

• Establish and develop HR policies, processes, and systems tailored to the needs of an international startup, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices;
• Drive the performance management process, including setting up performance metrics, feedback mechanisms, and employee development programs to foster a high-performance culture;
• Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to nurture employee skills and competencies, aligning with business objectives and individual career growth;
• Design and execute employee engagement programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and establishing robust communication channels across international teams;
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and career development;
• Partner with global leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's vision, values, and strategic objectives;
• Strategic partnership and work on the successful implementation of HR strategy and enhancement of the unit as a whole;
• Planning, development and support of internal communications channels;
• Developing and coordinating the implementation of corporate projects aimed at building internal corporate culture;
• Organization and support of events for employees, focused on involvement, loyalty improvement, translation of the company’s values;
• Drawing up internal regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience (4 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role within a fast-paced, global, and innovative environment, preferably within the technology or advertising industry;
• Demonstrated success in building HR practices and processes from scratch, including performance management, and learning and development initiatives;
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making;
• Ability to thrive in an agile and evolving startup environment, with a passion for driving positive change and creating a culture that attracts and retains top talent;
• Attention to details, multitasking, a great team player and at the same time great individual contributor.
