- Develop and achieve/exceed budget for the assigned customers and foresee accurate demand forecasts submitted regularly in our system.
- Support the B&H global strategy implementation and contribute to the development of the global strategic plan as you identify, gather, analyze, and share customer needs and foreseen market trends to all relevant stakeholders.
- Together with marketing and technical team, implement plans to communicate B&H capabilities, products, and services to target customers.
- Together with the technical team, advise and work with customers to create innovative solutions for their market, application, and formulation needs.
- Work with direct and indirect go-to-market partners to develop account plans and growth plans for the assigned customers.
- Interact and build relationships with direct and indirect key partners to identify and monitor new growth projects and opportunities at target customers.
- Responsible for account receivables, monitoring A/R aging and coordinate healthy accounts with the related controller.
- Responsible to identify, create and constantly update sales pipeline of projects into Salesforce.com.
- Work with global marketing, to actively participate in regional tradeshows. Plan and implement targeted customer events and symposia as necessary.
- Actively work on building healthy networks at tradeshows and other segment events to build customer intimacy and identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar technical discipline, MBA a plus.
- 5 + years of experience and proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the Personal Care and Home Care markets.
- Motivated, self-starting professional with a strong drive for results, and a tenacious closer.
- Outstanding written and oral communication, skilled at preparing and delivering both technical and business presentations to customers.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite), Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, versed in consultative sales techniques, focused on customer value creation.
