Investor Relations Analyst

• Establish proactive dialogue with capital market participants, institutional investors, and brokers.
• Enhance external reporting materials and develop internal reporting materials.
• Manage market expectations and communicate financial guidance accurately.
• Expand research coverage and build relationships with analysts and research firms.
• Enhance corporate image and perception through effective communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EGX regulations.
• Develop investor relations infrastructure and resources.
• Manage corporate actions and support management on ad-hoc projects.
• Develop and enforce corporate governance policies.
• Prepare sustainability reporting to the Financial Regulatory Authority.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is required.
• 1-3 years of Experience
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting standards is also important.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
• Knowledge of the company's industry, competitors, and market dynamics. Ability to stay updated on industry trends and developments that may impact investor perceptions.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
