- Analysis and specification of business requirements
- Modeling, design, implementation, and test based on SAP's programming model and processes
- Software quality improvements through application redesign. Write automated tests for quality assurance
- Maintenance and corrections
- Collaborate with other development teams and product management colleagues at Globalization Services who provide localization requirements.
- Responsibility to ensure high quality (create and execute test cases, reviews of specifications, design reviews, code reviews)
- Be an active part of an Agile (Scrum) development team
- Working on challenging development projects in an international global environment
- Flexibility to work onsite or hybrid
- Join a mentally young, agile, and ambitious team
- Get to know various SAP applications (e.g. ERP, S/4HANA)
- Be part of a Lean Scrum Team development in one of GS's products incl. related tasks of the product life cycle (from Specification to Maintenance)
- Close contact with the customers in the countries being localized (including time to time customer on-site visits)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Very good comprehension skills, high quality commitment and self-motivating working style
- Ability to quickly acquire thorough understanding in new technological areas
- Very good communication skills; fluent English
- Constructive and open style of communication
- Flexibility when dealing with other mentalities and cultures
- University Degree. preferably in an IT or a related discipline (computer science, physics, mathematics, business economics etc.) or another adequate qualification
- Overall Experience of 3-5+ years in SAP application development
- Good programming skills and experience in: ABAP/ABAP OO, CDS Views, BAdIs, BAPIs, IDocs, APIs, OData and SOAP APIs
- Experience in Business Suite applications like SAP ERP Financials/Public Sector
- Proven track record of successful project/product performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and on-time delivery
- LEAN thinking
- Scrum / Agile development experience
